Yes, your current Pipex service already uses the TalkTalk Next Generation Network. This is the UK’s biggest network, which is capable of delivering reliable phone and broadband services to 22 million homes.

If your Pipex account includes a line rental or broadband service, you’ll be unable to move over to TalkTalk until later this year. We’ll write to you with more information on the exact date in the near future.
Customers with a calls package only Pipex account (no line rental or broadband) can move to the TalkTalk billing system now. If this interests you and your Pipex account falls into this category, please call 0871 6633300 (option 4).
Calls charged at 5p/min for customers with a Pipex calls package and 10p/min from a BT line. Calls from mobiles and other providers may vary. Call center open Monday - Friday 8:00am to 9:00pm, Saturday 8:00am - 6:00pm and Sunday 9:00am - 5:00pm.

No, the terms and conditions of your current Pipex contract are still valid. TalkTalk Group’s acquisition of Pipex did not affect your Terms and Conditions.
Ahead of the move to the TalkTalk billing system, the joint TalkTalk and Pipex logo will be used. Once your Pipex account has moved onto the TalkTalk billing system later this year, a TalkTalk logo will be used.
