We recently informed you that we would be moving Toucan customers onto Pipex UK systems. This move took place the weekend of 14th - 15th February 2009 and we are pleased to now welcome you officially to Pipex UK Limited.

Now you are on Pipex you have access to 3 account management areas via www.pipexuk.com - Webmail, Your Account and Online Billing - Webmail, Your Account and Online Billing

Webmail
Your Toucan webmail account/s (inbox, sent, saved and draft messages) has been transferred over to Pipex. Your email addresses have not changed and any email addresses you may add to your account will also have the domain name '@toucansurf.com'.

Access: To access your Webmail, please use the username and password that you used to log into the Toucan My Account area.

Online Billing
Your most recent bill is available to view in this area. Your billing date was confirmed in the correspondence that we sent to you in December. Your payment date will be confirmed on each bill and will be approximately 2 weeks from your billing date. Your last 6 months of billing is also available in summary form in this area.

Access: To access Pipex Online Billing, please use the username and password that you used to log into the Toucan My Account area.

Your Account
In the Pipex My Account area, you can manage your account, check your account status, change payment methods and details, set new passwords and add email addresses.
